Under no circumstances do we acknowledge a purchase contract until you have received an order confirmation and an item dispatch email from us. The order confirmation email verifies that you have made an offer to purchase goods from our website. If we discover any errors in your order (incorrect pricing or insufficient stock, for example) then we will notify you ASAP via email or phone.
3. Pricing and payment

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout, we use Royal Mail to deliver to mainland UK. If you have used any voucher codes for free delivery your order will be cancelled if you do not meet the terms of the voucher.
We dispatch orders as soon as we can, with a five day lead time.
5. Returns
We are unable to accept any returns for edible goods.

All our cakes contain butter (dairy), gluten (wheat), and eggs, unless stated otherwise. Products containing nuts within the recipe will be explicitly listed. However, ALL our products are made in an environment that handles nuts and alcohol.
